Yes, the Bloom app is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. However, certain content is restricted due to platform policies. For unrestricted access to all Bloom content, simply visit our browser version at bloomstories.com.

To report any glitches in the Bloom Stories app or website, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com with detailed information about the issue, including the device you're using, and attach screenshots or screen recordings if possible.

This issue might be due to a weak internet connection or accidentally selecting a sample instead of the full story. Ensure you have a stable connection and are selecting the round play button and not the sample button. In addition, make sure you are logged in with your premium account and not an additional free account you may have. If problems persist, use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com for further assistance.

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Bloom Stories email. If you encounter issues, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com for help.

To change your email address, you need to delete your current account and create a new one with your preferred email. Remember to cancel your premium subscription before account deletion. For any assistance, use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com.

Our standard procedure cancels a subscription when an account is deleted. However, in rare cases, a disconnection between our user database and payment provider can result in the deletion of the Bloom Stories user account while the subscription remains active. We apologize for this unintended issue. Please use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com with proof of payment and your former account email so we can investigate and refund any extra charges post-account deletion.

Ensure you are logged in with the same email address used to subscribe to premium. If you have multiple accounts, your device may be auto-filling incorrect credentials. If the issue persists, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us at support@bloomstories.com to get in touch with our support team.

Subscriptions automatically renew as per our terms of service. We recommend keeping track of your renewal dates. To prevent future renewals, you can cancel anytime. If you feel there has been an error in cancellation or renewal, please reach out to us at support@bloomstories.com.

To change your subscription, please cancel your current plan and wait until it expires. Then, resubscribe to the plan of your choice. For further guidance, contact us at support@bloomstories.com.

To delete your Bloom Stories account permanently, go to settings and select delete account. Remember to cancel any active premium subscriptions before doing this. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@bloomstories.com.

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the 'Settings' by clicking on the top right of the screen, then proceed to the 'Plans' section where you can cancel your active subscription. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address confirming that your cancellation has been successfully processed. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, please contact our support team at support@bloomstories.com and provide the email address used during your subscription. This will allow us to assist you promptly and ensure that no further payments are deducted. If you do not receive a confirmation email and fail to reach out to us, we cannot verify that a cancellation was issued, resulting in continued charges and no eligibility for a refund.

If you individually purchased Bloom Chat credits that didn't get used, we’ll refund them. Just reach out to support@bloomstories.com with your account details, and our team will gladly process a refund for your unused credits. Please note: Credits issued as part of a Premium membership are not eligible for a refund.
